Also covered are some very basic bike repairs that every rider should master, along with numerous riding tips.

THE BOOMER CHRONICLES
"There’s a new book I want you to know about: Bicycling: A Reintroduction (Quayside) by Karen Ruth. I just saw a copy of this beautifully designed and easy-to-use book. It’s made for people like us: baby boomers who want to rediscover the joys of biking. According to the author, about 60 million adults ride bikes, and interest in biking is growing rapidly worldwide, with sales up 10 percent to 25 percent over the past 10 years. The book covers everything from why you should ride, to selecting a bike, to repairing it. I highly recommend it."

REVIEW :
When my daughter was younger, I only let her have this book supervised since the pages could rip off easily, but now she can open the flaps carefully and "read" it herself.. Secondly, the author's research and creativity of modern technology resembles a Tom Clancy novel. Excellent book on Karate compliments DVD. This book serves its purpose, however it requires a code to use which it did not come with. Yet their love is credible and convincing as they slowly come to understand each other. Best music ever!!!! Keith left us much too soon!. I can cope with that. It's not only a MUST READ, but a KEEPER too! 5 Stars!. I'd spend at least double just for the same book, it's great! I have a few other books from Pepin too, I'd say this (and Complex Pkg) are the best.
Enough variety of examples, not to mention the source filesyou would have to have quite an excuse not to be inspired to
