Materials needed are pretty straight forward and easily acquired. How can two people with such different beliefs ever come to an understanding, even if they both do rely on God?
I really enjoyed this book. In this fast-paced, action-packed roller coaster ride, readers will encounter everything from police cover-ups to massive internal conflicts in what quickly turns out to be a struggle between good and evil. I cannot prove he is wrong with some stellar record of my own, but this range of returns, except for the very top of it, is too low to interest me. The volume concludes with an extensive general bibliography, but, unfortunately, no index, which severely limits the book's usefulness as a reference. A hint: NEVER skip the puppet shows! They are the best starting points for the big ideas of the lessons. The devil incarnate.
