The author excels at description and ambiance. Sullivan’s for sharing her heart-breaking story about having to watch a loved one die from a disease caused by smoking. No on-going follow up, either, from the point of view of medical professionals who want patients to queue up quarterly for a check! A good place to find alternative thinking to the drug cartel in medicine.. Yet from the day they met, they held mutual respect for one another which evolve from a one night stand to awkward yet committed lovers. The authors make very clear the need for additional formal training and in fact, make specific recommendations for the type
